Refunds/Cancellations/Chang Of Date
Upon receiving the bakes, please ensure that your order is correct and in good condition. If there are any issues, please inform us immediately. We will not provide refunds or exchanges after the order is delivered or collected.
If the delivery is failed due to recipient not being home and we are unable to contact the recipient, re-delivery will be charged at $10. If we are able to contact the recipient and they inform us to leave the bakes at the doorstep, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the bakes.
All bakes must strictly be collected on the date that you selected as they are all baked upon order. If you have an emergency to attend to, we will keep the tarts for you for a maximum of 1 more day, but please do inform us. Any bakes not collected by the next day will be discarded.
Change of delivery or collection date after an order has been made will incur a 10% charge. Only 1 change is allowed and we need to be notified at least 7 days before the delivery/collection date. Notification less than 7 days before the delivery/collection date will not be entertained.
We do not allow cancellation of orders once the order has been made.
